The Holiday cottages de l'Aven are the place to be for a pleasant stay with family or friends.
This former farmhouse has been renovated and converted into 2 Holiday cottages for 6 people: La Forestière and L'Aven.

Each has its own entrance and private, shaded outdoor space. Perfect for meals, barbecues and enjoying the Provencal climate.
In common, the large enclosed courtyard promises good times of play and relaxation, and the garden on the other side of 3000m² will be the perfect place for your pets to go for a walk, or to relax under the Ardèche sun.

The little extra: the Location!
Right in the center of the village, you can walk to the bakery, shops and restaurants.
And with the car, you couldn't be better placed to discover the wonders of the surrounding area: 5min from the sublime Aven d'Orgnac, classified as one of the greatest sites in France, 25min from the Pont d'Arc and the Grotte Chauvet...
Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted: numerous hiking and mountain-biking trails, canoeing in the Ardèche Gorges.

The Holiday cottage de l'Aven, located at the end of the farmhouse and on the first floor, is accessible by outside stairs.
Step into the pretty living room and relax in the lounge with sofas and TV. The separate kitchen is equipped to make you feel at home.
There's a 1st bedroom with a 140cm bed, and a shower room with separate toilet. Climb 3 small steps to reach the other two bedrooms. One with a 140cm bed and the other with 2 90cm beds, one of which is a bunk bed.
