Ideally located in the City of Vagnas, between the tourist resort of Vallon Pont d'Arc (Ardèche) and the characterful village of Barjac (Gard), in the heart of the typically Ardèche hamlet of Brujas, this villa welcomes you on the edge of a field of olive trees, offering the utmost comfort, between a contemporary 11x3.5m 1.50m deep swimming pool / salt / alarm, private areas and a large 3000m2 garden, for authentic, calm and relaxing stays.

You'll enjoy cooling off in the private Piscine or relaxing on a deckchair under the pergola. Others can enjoy a book on the terrace shaded by the pergola.
The large garden of approx. 3000m² is unfenced. Pets are welcome free of charge (one maximum, except for attack or defense animals), subject to house rules.

The new villa (2021) is all on one level, so it's easy for everyone to get to. You'll be seduced by the warm, stylish decor and feel right at home.
For warmer days, the living room features reversible air conditioning throughout the Holiday cottage.
Inside, you'll enjoy a living room with a comfortable leather sofa bed for 2 people, widescreen TV, a dining room with table and chairs for 6 and a fully-equipped open kitchen with crockery for 6.
On the night side, there are two bedrooms with 2 single beds (80x200cm) equipped with high-comfort mattresses and storage cupboards, which can be combined to create a double bed (160x200cm).
Bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower, and separate WC.
Private parking.

For your comfort and a 100% relaxing stay: bed linen, towels and Piscine towels are provided. Housework extra.
