You'll enjoy a wide range of leisure activities nearby: the Chassezac River for swimming and canoeing, Casteljau for rock-climbing, hiking and mountain-biking, not forgetting, for the less sporty, discovering the beautiful villages de Caractère: Naves, Banne, Thines, Labeaume.You're just a few minutes from the village of Les Vans, with all its shops, famous Saturday morning Market and summer events. Les Hortensias Holiday cottage is on the first floor, with the owners' home upstairs. There's a private outdoor space with an arbour in the garden and a small shaded terrace, ideal for a relaxing break or a barbecue in the shade! Private parking space, secure storage for bikes and motorcycles. The property is planted with trees and flowers in fine weather, and from June onwards, you can enjoy the Piscine (to be shared) in a leafy part of the property.
The Holiday cottage features a living room with kitchenette, sitting area with sofa and TV, and a bedroom with king-size bed and access to a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet. For your comfort, the Holiday cottage is equipped with reversible air-conditioning in the living room, and mosquito netting on the windows of the bedroom and main room. Baby equipment on request (cot and high chair). Washing machine in the laundry room. An unforgettable stay in the Cévennes Méridionales! Swimming pool info: size 5x10, progressive depth from 1m to 2m - chlorine treatment - roller shutter - accessible mornings until 2pm from June to September, weather permitting (unheated) - to be shared with the owners.

Lyonnais Très satisfaits
Belle villa dans un immense jardin très bien entretenu. Le gîte est simple mais contient tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable de deux personnes .
Très grande et belle piscine.
Calme absolu dans un hameau typique des Cévennes au bord d’une charmante rivière. Tous services et commerces aux vans, 2 km.

Christophe Semaine découverte en Ardèche
Bien accueilli par les propriétaires, qui ont été de bons conseils. Roselyne s’est enquis régulièrement de notre confort. Rivière à proximité offrant plusieurs points de baignade. Partage de la piscine avec les propriétaires le matin. Très belle propriété bien entretenue. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine.

Davy en Mieke Perfect voor een topverblijf in de Ardèche
We hebben hier heerlijk genoten. Het huisje is piekfijn in orde. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De omgeving is rustig en toch ben je in een half uurtje te voet in het centrum van Les Vans. De rivier is dichtbij. Het domein is mooi onderhouden. De eigenaars zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dit is voor herhaling vatbaar!! Aanrader!
