Halfway between the Ardèche mountains and the Eyrieux valley (Le Cheylard, 20 km), opt for a stay in the heart of nature in one of the 4 Holiday cottages in the small village.
Ideal for lovers of the great outdoors, Hiking and mountain biking.
The Holiday cottage Les Genêts has 2 levels. Downstairs, there's a living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette, a dining table, two armchairs and a TV. Upstairs (staircase not suitable for PRM and Kids) is the bedroom with double bed (140cm) and bathroom with shower and WC. Shared washing machine and unfenced grounds.
The village of Saint Genest is situated on a plateau with lovely panoramic views over several valleys. Several Holiday cottages available for rent. Only one pet allowed.
You can visit the Ardelaine wool museum 18 km away in Saint Pierreville, or explore Mont Gerbier de Jonc around 33 km away. The Eyrium aquatic center is 20 km from Le Cheylard. The first local shops are 9km away, but for shopping and gasoil... you'll have to go to Le Cheylard, 20km away.
Electric heating (fixed rate of 8kwh/day included in the price of the stay, supplement calculated on meter reading. Bed linen and towels not provided.
Baby bed and high chair available on request.

Bonjour à toutes & tous,
J'ai adoré mon séjour dans ce gîte. L'accueil a été très chaleureux. Le lieu est magnifique. Nous avons pu profiter des splendeurs automnales. Magie de ce lieu avec une vision panoramique sur les montagnes à quelques minutes à pied. Super plan à proximité d'Ardelaine et Saint-Pierreville où nous avons fait des super visites et ateliers et restaus! Je recommande vivement!- Cleanliness

Arciat Absolument calme en pleine nature
Un accès routier un peu difficile pour qui ne connaît pas les routes du Vivarais mais quel calme et un peu de fraîcheur dans un monde surchauffé. Je recommande +++ car la région est magnifique!

Cette année est très exceptionnelle avec un temps froid et extrêmement humide pour lequel nous n'y sommes pour rien. Depuis plus de 20 ans, nous n'avons jamais eu de problème auparavant dans nos gîtes.
