Holiday cottage Les Gardettes has two levels of living space, with the sleeping quarters and bathrooms upstairs. Its location is ideal for visiting the emblematic sites of the Ardèche region, including the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont d'Arc and the restitution of the Grotte Chauvet. Not forgetting the villages of character: Vogüé, Balazuc and, a little further afield, Antraïgues-sur-Volane and Jaujac. For the more sporty, a wide range of activities await you: canoeing, Hiking, caving....
This vacation home, set in enclosed grounds of around 1000 m2, is a short drive from the shops. Holiday cottage Les Gardettes is a 150 m2 detached house that can accommodate up to 12 people. It features a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a large living room with access to the terrace, a toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, 5 bedrooms (3 with 160cm beds, 1 with 140cm Bunk beds, 1 Kids bedroom with 2 90cm beds), two shower rooms and two toilets (one separate). Outside, a large terrace for your meals, 3 covered areas with lounge, barbecue and plancha. At the rear of the house, a covered area reserved for games: billiards, table soccer, ping-pong table, with a bar and lounge area for relaxation. A boules set is also available next to the property parking lot. The swimming pool, with its lovely beach and deckchairs, is a delight for young and old alike. There's a children's play area next to the Piscine and ample private parking on the property. For your comfort, beds are made up and Bathroom linen provided. A great vacation home with many charms!
