Imagine waking up to birdsong and the gentle breeze of the River Ardèche. Welcome to our Holiday cottage "Les Figuiers" in Ruoms, a peaceful place where time seems to stand still.
Nestled in the heart of this picturesque 12th-century village, our welcoming, fully air-conditioned house will seduce you with its authenticity, exposed stone walls and friendly atmosphere.

Our Holiday cottage is located 50m from the river. It offers plenty of opportunities for Swimming (4 m depth), Fishing, water sports (canoeing/Kayac, rafting, canyoning). It's close to the "voie verte" (greenway), which offers many opportunities for walks and visits to characterful villages or remarkable geological sites (8km from the Grotte Chauvet2, Aven d'Orgnac, Cirque de Gens).

After a day of adventure, wine-lovers can take advantage of the 2 terraces to sample a fine grape variety from Ruoms' renowned wine cellar (Néovinium), as well as Ruoms' excellent restaurants and entertainment (stores, market...).

Inside, you'll find a cosy living room with Smart TV, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric stove, large fridge and microwave, and a toilet with washing machine.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms (Italian shower, washbasin and toilet). The 1st is equipped with 2 twin 90cm beds and a flat-screen TV. The 2nd has a 140cm bed, flat-screen TV and access to a balcony.
The outside areas are enclosed and private, and you can park your car in front of the house.
Beds made on arrival and towels provided.
