Welcome to the Holiday cottage "Les Figères" on the heights of Vals-les-Bains, in a peaceful setting! This cosy, air-conditioned Holiday cottage, with its tasteful decor, offers you all the latest modern facilities. This detached house will welcome you for a stay with family or friends. Access to the first level is via an outside staircase. Inside the house, you'll find a south-facing living room with panoramic views of the Monts d'Ardèche, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. You'll find two bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Closed storage for two-wheelers. You'll also enjoy the balcony and "cooler" terrace at the back of the house, with access to the grounds, garden furniture and barbecue for relaxing. During your stay, be sure to visit the owners' three donkeys! Special stay for spa guests (1,000 euros for 3 weeks' spa treatment, excluding July and August). The owners live next door and have another Holiday cottage at their disposal. Ideally located for visiting the spa town of Vals with its park and casino, Aubenas and its Château, Antraigues village of character, not forgetting the small markets where you can sample local produce.
