In the south of the Ardèche, between vineyards and olive groves, in a quiet hamlet on the outskirts of the village of Lablachère, two pretty, independent, single-storey villas, each with a private swimming pool* and garage. Very comfortable, well-equipped homes. Top-of-the-range furnishings. Spacious living room with fully equipped kitchenette, dining area and sitting area opening onto the terrace. 2 bedrooms (2 x 160 beds), 1 bedroom (2 x 90 beds), bathroom with large shower and double basin, separate WC, storeroom, air conditioning. Les Vans 15 minutes away, Ruoms, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche, and Gorges de l'Ardèche less than 30 minutes away. La Perle d'Eau bathing and leisure area 5 minutes away (Spa, massage, treatments, Piscine...).
Heating package from January to April and from October to December: €80 per week.
For recharging a hybrid or electric vehicle, Green'Up socket in the garage with a dedicated MID-certified meter and invoicing at actual cost according to consumption.
Piscine info: open from April to October, weather permitting, dimensions 7.2 m x 3.5 m - Depth 1.50m max/ unheated/ chlorine/tarp.

Yoan Vacacnces d'été en Adéche
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le Gîte est conforme aux photos et aux descriptions présentes sur le site Gîte de France.
Les propriétaires sont présents à la moindre interrogations si besoin.

Matou en famille Séjour parfait !!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans ce gite tout confort! Il est idéalement situé! A quelques minutes de tout: rivières, montagnes, marchés, villages incontournables, canoë, balade en âne, supermarché, boulangerie. Le gîte est extrêmement propre!! Et tout confort: literie impeccable et très confortable!! Les pièces à vivre sont agréables, dotée d'une climatisation qui fonctionne parfaitement! Dans la cuisine, vous ne manquerez de rien : poêle à crêpes, batteur électrique, deux cafetières différentes,..et tant d'autres. La piscine est impeccable également! Arboré, entre autres, d'un bel olivier! Terrain de pétanques au niveau du barbecue!! Avant notre séjour, nous avions communiqué avec le propriétaire, René, très sympathique, gentil et avenant. Celui-ci nous a accueilli en compagnie de sa femme. Le couple habite dans l'impasse du gîte mais ils sont extrêmement discrets et bienveillants à l'égard de leurs vacanciers! Nous recommandons ce gîte les yeux fermés !! L'une des meilleurs locations pour nous ces dernières années.

Sfafou Excellent séjour
Un grand merci à M.et Mme MATHIEU pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous avons passé à nouveau un excellent séjour dans cette maison possédant tout le confort. Logement d’une très grande propreté. Situé dans un endroit calme et reposant.
