The fully-enclosed exterior is perfect for summer outdoor living. And the semi-covered terrace is ideal for meals in the shade and barbecues.
The private, secure swimming pool quickly becomes the favorite spot of the day.

Inside, the house is bright, comfortable and functional.
The living room invites you to relax after a day out, and the open kitchen is fully equipped.
At night: a master suite with a 160cm bed and private shower room with Italian shower, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 3rd bedroom with two 90cm beds.
A second bathroom with walk-in shower is also available. Separate WC.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and beds are made on arrival. Towels for hire at extra cost.

The Holiday cottage is the ideal crossroads from which to explore many different sites: between the impressive Gorges de l'Ardèche, characterful villages such as Vogüé or Balazuc, Joyeuse and Largentière, with their medieval streets.
For the more active: canoeing down the Ardèche, Hiking or mountain biking in the heart of nature.

A "voie verte" less than a kilometer away takes you to Ruoms via Vogüé, ideal for a leisurely stroll.
