8 km from Lamastre and 9 km from Vernoux en Vivarais (shops, all activities), old restored stone farmhouse, located near our home and bordered by a small road with very little traffic. Our gîte is on 2 levels, in a peaceful setting surrounded by pine and chestnut trees. On the ground floor, there's a living room with an integrated kitchenette, a sitting area with sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms, the 1st with a double bed and the 2nd with two single beds. On the ground floor, 1 spacious bedroom with exposed stonework and 1 140 cm double bed. The gîte is heated by oil-fired central heating, with electric auxiliary heating if required. You'll enjoy the house's pleasant terrace and adjoining private grounds. There's also a covered carport and an enclosed space in the basement for bikes and motorcycles. The site is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. Only one pet allowed. You can discover many activities such as the Vélo Rail de Boucieu Le Roi at about 20 km, the Le Mastrou railway at about 8 km, swimming at about 8 km.... . Our gîte is ideal for 4 people, with the possibility of occasionally accommodating 6 in the extra bedroom on the ground floor.
