In the authentic setting of a beautifully restored 18th-century Ardèche farmhouse, discover a large-scale holiday cottage with rural charm. Situated in a peaceful hamlet in Arlebosc, it can be combined with a second Holiday cottage on site to welcome families or friends.

Inside, you'll find a cosy living room with integrated kitchenette, a large sitting room with fireplace approval, and a second sitting room on the mezzanine with TV. Upstairs are three bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with three single beds (one of which is a bunk bed) and a bedroom with two single beds. The Holiday cottage also has a shower room, a bathroom, two WCs and a covered terrace. Oil heating is included, and wood for the fireplace is kindly provided. A cellar with washing machine is at your disposal.

Outside, there's a shared swimming pool, pétanque court and ping pong table. Nature lovers will enjoy swimming and fishing in the river just 500 m away. The surrounding environment is particularly calm and conducive to rejuvenation.

In the vicinity, numerous nature activities await you, such as the Vélo Rail in Boucieu le Roi or the Train Touristique in Lamastre, to discover the Ardèche in a different way.
