Arranged over 2 levels, the first floor welcomes you with a beautiful, modern and warm open-plan living area: cocooning lounge, large table for meals with family or friends, fully-equipped kitchen, all with a direct view of the Piscine.

Upstairs, 4 bedrooms (2 x 160cm beds, 4 x 80cm beds), all soft and luminous. Bathroom with shower, bath and separate WC.

In the garden: a private heated swimming pool awaits you for refreshing dips in the Ardèche sunshine. Deckchairs invite you to read, nap or simply contemplate the unobstructed view over the vineyards. The covered terrace is ideal for meals and barbecues.
