Your Holiday cottage is set amidst the oaks and limestone slabs of the Mediterranean Ardèche. It's a detached house set in unfenced grounds 3 km from the characterful village of Labeaume. It is all on the first floor. It comprises a living room, kitchenette with induction hob, 3 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds, 2 x 90cm beds), shower room, WC, electric heating and air conditioning. You have 2 terraces. It's the ideal place to enjoy a wide range of sporting activities (canoeing, rock-climbing, caving, Hiking (around the dolmens), accrobranches, etc.) and to visit all the great sites of the Ardèche: the Caverne du Pont d'Arc, the Ardèche and Beaume gorges, the Orgnac caves, la Madeleine, la Cocalière, le Bois de Païolive, etc. and the villages of character: Labeaume, Balazuc, Vogüé ....

Darkmoutch Gîte idéalement situé proche des sites à visiter.
Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans ce gîte qui se trouve idéalement situé. À 20 min des villages de caractères, vallon pont d'arc, Balazuc, parcs animalier, 5 min de Labeaume, la rivière...
Le propriétaire à été accueillant.
Il a le confort nécessaire et était très propre.
Je ferai malgré tout 2 remarques :
- La literie de la chambre parentale mériterai un meilleur matelas qui s'enfonce au centre, et un sommier qui donne l'impression qu'il va s'effondrer tellement il est bruyant,
- la consommation électrique facturée au delà de 8kw/jours.
En effet, nous n'avons pas consommé d'électricité tant que ça d'autant plus qu'il faisait beau voir chaud, malgré ça nous avons dépassé les limites de consommation.
Peut être prévoir des ampoules led et radiateurs de qualité permettrai de réduire cette consommation un brin excessive inutilement.- Cleanliness
