The Holiday cottage, built in 2024, is located in Saint-Julien-du Serre. Known for its Romanesque church, the heart of the village is within easy walking distance of the Holiday cottage.
For short strolls, you're just a few steps away from a pretty trail in the Forest that borders the hamlet.
If you prefer to take your own car, there's plenty to do. Do you like nature? The Ardèche gorges are 30 minutes away, and the Ardèche mountains are 1 hour away.
More of a cultural holiday? The Château d'Aubenas is 10 minutes away and the Grotte Chauvet 2 is 40 minutes.
Do you prefer to relax and pamper yourself? The Vals les Bains Thermal Baths are just 15 minutes away.
Do you love old stones? The character villages are 15 minutes away for the closest and around 1 hour for the furthest.
So, whatever your mood and your desires, you'll be ideally located.

The Holiday cottage "Les Chênes" is modern and fully equipped to guarantee your comfort. Particular care has been taken with the bedding.

The accommodation is all on one level, with a bright, air-conditioned living room featuring a fitted kitchen with dining area, and a living room with sofa, armchair, TV and WiFi connection.
From the living room, you have access to a large, fully enclosed garden where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Monts d'Ardèche.
2 bedrooms have 160cm beds, and 1 has 2 90 x 200cm beds that can be joined together.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with heated towel rail and WC.

You have access to a garage for your bikes or motorcycles and a laundry room with a washing machine. Private parking on the property.
