Les Châtaigniers gîte, a haven of tranquillity in the heart of Ardèche

Just 7 km from the Eyrieux valley and the local shops of Les Ollières, and 15 minutes from Privas, the capital of marron glacé, come and recharge your batteries at "Les Châtaigniers", a peaceful gîte with a breathtaking view of the Serre de Gruas.

Spacious and comfortable, the gîte is laid out on two levels, in the heart of a charming Ardèche hamlet. Take advantage of the peaceful surroundings to relax and unwind. The house has a private 25 m² terrace, ideal for outdoor meals, and an enclosed garden below. Private parking is also available.

The interior of the gîte is warm and well-equipped. The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, a separate living room with sofa bed, fireplace and flat-screen TV, and a convivial Gllum is cool dining room. Also on this floor is the shower room, equipped with shower and WC. A staircase leads up to the attic floor, where you'll find a large mezzanine with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), followed by a small attic bedroom with two single beds. An ideal cocoon for a family.

Whether you're a nature lover or a sports enthusiast, there's plenty to do nearby. Just 10 km away, an accrobranche site awaits you for outdoor adventures, while numerous hiking and mountain bike trails criss-cross the surrounding area. For more leisurely strolls, the "Dolce Via" soft path, 6 km away, is perfect for a cycling getaway. If you don't have your own bike, you can rent one in Les Ollières, just 5 km from the gîte.
