Traditional Ardéchoise house, very well restored, combining the charm of old houses with modern comforts. From the terrace, you'll enjoy a lovely view over the valley and the foothills of the Ardèche mountains. Ideally located near Aubenas and the Vals-les-Bains spa (cinema, swimming pool, treatments and massages, casino, all activities and services).
Under the vaulted ceiling, we've installed a ping-pong table for the enjoyment of young and old alike.
Enclosed courtyard with sun loungers, land available at the top of the hamlet.
Private, covered parking for your vehicle. Access to the gîte is via a calade.
On the first floor :
. large, pleasant living room with fully-equipped kitchenette and dining area, featuring a wood-burning stove in the traditional fireplace
. separate living room with sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, DVD, board games and lovely view over the valley
. shower room with Italian shower and separate WC
. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) opening onto a small courtyard
. Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom with 3 90cm beds and 1 lower mezzanine with an additional 140cm bed (not included in capacity).
Maximum capacity 6 people. Heating is included in the rent.

Très beau gîte au calme.
Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour malgré le temps incertain.

Famille F et B Vue magnifique
Un gîte confortable et très bien aménagé, dans le respect du bâti traditionnel ardéchois. Un petit hameau très calme, avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et les forêts alentours. Toute la documentation nécessaire pour se promener est à disposition, ainsi que toutes les indications pour se ravitailler. Une très bonne adresse.

Très bien, très calme, bien situé dans la montagne ardéchoise. Beaucoup de possibilité de randonnées et de visites aux alentours. En plus, sous un soleil et des paysages d'automne !

Sawa un gîte familial et agréable au calme
Le gîte se situe dans un petit hameau très calme mais aussi assez pratique pour visiter la région et les activités en plein air y sont nombreux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrase et sa vue. La maison est très bien entretenue, merci à la propriétaire pour ses attentions et conseils. Son sens d'acceuil naturel a rendu notre séjour bien agréable, on s'y est senti vraiment comme chez soi. Je n'hésiterai pas à y revenir si l'occasion se présente.
