From the terrace, you'll enjoy a lovely view over the valley and the foothills of the Ardèche mountains. Ideally located near Aubenas and the Vals-les-Bains spa (cinema, swimming pool, treatments and massages, casino, all activities and services).
Under the vaulted ceiling, we've installed a ping-pong table for the enjoyment of young and old alike.
Enclosed courtyard with sun loungers, land available at the top of the hamlet.
Private, covered parking for your vehicle. Access to the gîte is via a calade.
On the first floor :
. large, pleasant living room with fully-equipped kitchenette and dining area, featuring a wood-burning stove in the traditional fireplace
. separate living room with sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, DVD, board games and lovely view over the valley
. shower room with Italian shower and separate WC
. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) opening onto a small courtyard
. Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom with 3 90cm beds and 1 lower mezzanine with an additional 140cm bed (not included in capacity).
Maximum capacity 6 people. Heating is included in the rent.
