A house of character with a Piscine in the heart of the Ardèche, for a comfortable stay surrounded by nature and discovery. Holiday cottage Les Chaix welcomes you to a peaceful setting on the edge of a small hamlet in the Countryside, between Montélimar and Privas, 20 minutes from the A7 motorway.

This spacious, south-facing stone house offers a warm, friendly atmosphere. The decoration has been carefully thought out, blending authenticity and original touches to create a unique setting.

Outside, you'll enjoy a vast garden planted with trees, a large shaded terrace and a summer kitchen with barbecue and brazier ideal for summer meals. The heated Piscine* will delight young and old alike. A petanque court completes this relaxing space, in a calm environment conducive to rest and rejuvenation.

Inside, the Holiday cottage offers spacious accommodation. The large 65 m² living room features a fully-equipped kitchen, a wood-burning stove and a convivial dining area. It leads to a cosy living room, with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and a library.
The five bedrooms are spread over three levels. Two of them have a 160 cm bed and a private open-plan bathroom. There's also a room with a 160 cm bed, a room with a 90 cm bed (and an extra bed), and a large family room with a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm beds. Each room has its own distinctive style. A bathroom with bathtub, a shower room and two separate WCs complete the shower rooms. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer completes the comfort of your stay.

There's plenty to discover around the Holiday cottage: Montélimar and its nougats, Privas and its marrons glacés, as well as Saint-Vincent-de-Barrès, classified as a village of character, are just a few minutes away. Between heritage, gastronomy, nature walks and villages of character, the region is full of activities to share with family and friends.
