Located just a few kilometers from Aubenas and the Thermal baths of Vals les Bains, you'll be able to take advantage of this vacation to discover all the wonders of the southern Ardèche. At the end of a cul-de-sac and surrounded by chestnut trees, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet while remaining close to the shops and services of Aubenas. Thanks to the Roman road next to the Holiday cottage, you'll be able to go for a walk or discover the many marked Hiking trails, most of them in the pine forest. Between the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Ardèche mountains, you'll never be bored.

This Holiday cottage is a small outbuilding, adjoining the owners' house. You'll have your own private entrance via the large bay window, and a carport in front of the Holiday cottage.
The grounds are fully fenced and shared with the owners, who are very discreet.
You can also enjoy the shared Piscine*, secured by a telescopic cover, and a pétanque court.
There is a choice of two paths to the Piscine, either via stone steps or a gently sloping path.
You'll enjoy barbecues and meals on the private sun terrace, as well as a shady corner with a pergola.
Inside, the Holiday cottage comprises a living room with kitchen, lounge and sofa area with TV. The bathroom has an Italian shower, vanity unit and WC.
On the night side, there's a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a wall cupboard for storage.
