Les Cèdres de la Gadonne is the ideal gîte for a stay with family or friends. Situated between Vallon Pont d'Arc and Ruoms, you'll love the village of Sampzon, encircled by a loop of the Ardèche and dominated by its rock.
On foot or by car, climb up to the unique viewpoint over the whole of the southern Ardèche. All services and shops are just a few minutes away.

The gîte adjoins the owners' house and their second gîte, and has its own entrance, with no facing building and private outdoor spaces.
You'll enjoy the proximity of the Ardèche river, about 50m from the house, and private beaches reserved for gîtes. The 200m² garden is fully enclosed. It is very pleasant with its shady areas, where you can relax on deckchairs, or enjoy meals and barbecues outside.

Arranged over 2 levels, the ground-floor living area is very bright thanks to the large windows.
It includes a cocoon-like sitting area with TV. The mezzanine above, open to the living room, is equipped with a sofa bed. Separated by a pretty stone wall, you have access to the living room and fitted kitchen. On the first floor, you'll also find a storeroom, the shower room with Italian shower and separate WC with washbasin. Upstairs is the sleeping area. There's a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 2nd bedroom with 2 90cm beds. Separate WCs with washbasins are located on this level.

All rooms (including bedrooms) are equipped with reversible air-conditioning... a great comfort for hot days (in respect of its use).
Mosquito nets are installed on each window to prevent the company of certain flying insects. Bed linen and towels available on request.
