Christine and Georges-Michel live on site and will be delighted to welcome you to their Holiday cottage "Les Cades".
Located on the Joyeuse plateau, just 6 minutes by car from the medieval town of Joyeuse, you'll be delighted by the comfort and natural surroundings.
You'll find on site: a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with 2 sofas, 80cm flat-screen TV, WIFI, 2 bedrooms (one with a 140cm bed, the other with 4 Bunk beds), a shower room, a separate toilet. Baby equipment available (cot, bouncer, potty, toilet seat reducer). Petanque court (equipment supplied). A private swimming pool open from 9 a.m. (June to September, chlorine - alarm - not heated), 2 terraces with solar protection, 2 independent entrances, private outdoor spaces, mosquito nets, reversible air conditioning. Everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Stroll along the many hiking trails to discover the flora and fauna, swim in the rivers, practice canyoning, go quad biking...
Discover exceptional sites and listed villages: Gorges de la Beaume, Gorges de l'Ardèche and Grotte Chauvet-2 Ardèche, the Chassezac valley, Bois de Païolive...
Enjoy local produce at the many markets in our villages: Les Vans, Joyeuse, Largentière, Lablachère, Ruoms...
The Holiday cottage is equipped with a reinforced socket (CRO cable) with KW/h meter. KW/h is €0.32 incl. VAT. A fixed charge (8€/day) is applied on the day of your arrival, calculated according to the number of days you are present. The actual cost of recharges is deducted from the flat-rate amount on the day of departure. The negative difference is reimbursed. The positive difference is payable by the holidaymaker.
Guests accepted ONLY during the day (e.g. for a meal with family or friends).
For stays of 2 consecutive weeks, a 5% discount on the 2nd week will be granted.
Electricity extra charge from 1/10/N to 30/4/N+1.
