Far from the hustle and bustle, the gîte is ideally located 7 km from Le Cheylard, where you'll find all the shops, services and activities you need to make your stay a pleasant one. Take a refreshing dip at the Eyrium aquatic center, or explore the Eyrieux valley on the "Dolce Via" cycle path. You're just half an hour from the Ardèche mountains and the Saint-Agrève plateau, home to the Lac de Devesset. During your stay, admire this unspoilt natural environment, explore the hiking trails that wind through the mountains, discover traditional villages and enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities. You can also visit the nearby goat farm, where you can buy organic produce.

Les Balcons du ciel, designed with your well-being and peace of mind in mind, is an invitation to relax. With its breathtaking panoramic view over the valley, every morning is a unique spectacle of nature, to be admired from one of the three terraces equipped with garden furniture. A barbecue is also available. Let yourself be charmed by its comfort and modern amenities. The large living room on the first level includes a fully-equipped kitchen and a sitting area with pellet stove. There's also a separate toilet. Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms await you: one with a 160cm bed, private shower room and terrace (shower and toilet), and two bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed. A bathroom with shower, vanity unit, washing machine and separate toilet complete this floor.
