Your Holiday cottage is on the heights of Les Vans, in a tranquil setting on a south-facing hillside with a beautiful view.

It adjoins another Holiday cottage with which you share the nearby owners' Piscine.
It has its own covered terrace and a small private area. There's also a shared plot with a jeu de boules court.

Ground floor: living room/kitchenette, bedroom with double bed (140cm), shower room, WC. Upstairs, there's a mezzanine with 2 single beds (90cm) and a 1-seater sofa-bed.
Baby equipment is available on request. Central heating is included in the rent.

The proximity of the pretty village of Les Vans makes it easy to get around. You can even walk there via a small footpath. Make the most of your vacation by wandering through the beautiful villages (Naves, Thines, Banne.... ), sampling the delicious produce at the many markets (Joyeuse, Lablachère, .... ), discovering the exceptional heritage of the Ardèche gorges and the Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche. Try your hand at outdoor sports (canoeing on the Chassezac, rock-climbing on the beautiful cliffs, paragliding to take off....
The owner's swimming pool (10m x 5m, fenced) is salt-treated from May to September, weather permitting. In some cases, times are regulated between 12pm and 2pm and after 6pm / unheated.
