Les Arcades

Holiday cottage des Arcades is located at Rocher de Sampzon, a tourist site renowned for its location and 360° views over the lower Ardèche.
We're less than 15 minutes from Ruoms and 17 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, the two biggest tourist villages in southern Ardèche.

From the large, partly open terrace, you'll be captivated by the exceptional panoramic view, with easy access to Swimming in the Ardèche, the Chassezac, Grotte Chauvet 2, Aven Orgnac, Provencal Markets and characterful villages.
Comfortable Holiday cottage with old-fashioned atmosphere (stone walls, beams, antique furniture, terracotta floor tiles).
On the second floor, you'll find a large terrace (open or closed, as you wish) with a breathtaking view. This room can really be considered a living space (it can be heated for cooler days).
Inside, you'll find a living room with sitting area (sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, coffee table, mood lamp), a small, well-integrated vaulted kitchen, and a shower room with Italian shower, toilet and vanity unit.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90).

The irregularity of the steps leading up to the bedrooms may present difficulties for very young Kids.
