Housed in a recently-built house in a residential area, the Holiday cottage is located below the owners' home and has its own independent access. On one level, spacious and functional, it offers a comfortable setting for your stay, with a large fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a living room divided into two distinct areas with a TV corner and a second area with table and storage, ideal for board games or preparing excursions. The living room is air-conditioned. The Holiday cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the second with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). There is a separate WC and a spacious shower room with walk-in shower. Outside, a covered terrace lets you take full advantage of the Ardèche climate, and the Holiday cottage is an easy base for exploring the region's must-see sites. Discover the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche to the south, soar over the Ardèche plateau to Mont Gerbier des Joncs or explore the Rhône valley and the north of the département. Many Hiking trails are within easy reach, offering superb panoramic views. Just 10 minutes away, Privas offers a lively Market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. For water-based leisure activities, you can choose between the Privas aquatic center or the Swimming de La Neuve nearby. For your comfort, we can tailor your stay to your needs. You can choose to rent towels and sheets, as well as a cleaning service at the end of your stay. Pets are also welcome, so you and your pets can enjoy your vacation in complete peace of mind. A slightly rocky descent leads you to your accommodation, with the option of parking directly in front of the Holiday cottage or in a reserved space a little higher up.
