In the heart of a 7000m² property, this detached house is close to our home and includes the gîte on the first floor, open garage on the first floor (space reserved for your car).

Well-maintained grounds planted with flowers. Two terraces, one of which is shaded, and 3000m² of enclosed grounds.

Accessed by stairs from the inside, you enter the gîte via the living room with reversible air-conditioning, laid out in 2 parts: fully equipped kitchen and dining room with sitting area (flat-screen TV and hi-fi system, sofa bed for 2 people. There's a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm) (bed linen and towels can be hired), and a shower room with Italian shower (new in 2022) and WC.

Electric heating.
Surrounded by vineyards and lavender fields. Bourg Saint Andéol and Rhône Valley 20 minutes away. Grotte Chauvet 2 only 10 minutes away.
