In the heart of a 7000m² property, this detached house is close to our home and includes the gîte on the first floor, open garage on the first floor (space reserved for your car).
Well-maintained grounds planted with flowers. Two terraces, one of which is shaded, and 3000m² of enclosed grounds.
Accessed by stairs from the inside, you enter the gîte via the living room with reversible air-conditioning, laid out in 2 parts: fully equipped kitchen and dining room with sitting area (flat-screen TV and hi-fi system, sofa bed for 2 people. There's a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm) (bed linen and towels can be hired), and a shower room with Italian shower (new in 2022) and WC.
Electric heating.
Surrounded by vineyards and lavender fields. Bourg Saint Andéol and Rhône Valley 20 minutes away. Grotte Chauvet 2 only 10 minutes away.

Camille Super gite
Super séjour chez Sylvie et son mari. Le lieu est magnifique (grand jardin, très fleuri et bien aménagé), calme et proche des principales activités des gorges de l'Ardèche. Le logement est très propre, confortable, parfaitement équipé, avec la clim dans le salon, des moustiquaires et un accès à un grand jardin. Je conseille vivement cet endroit!

DavidP Très bon séjour en Ardèche
Accueil très sympathique, notre hôte a su rester disponible durant tout le séjour. Le gîte était très propre et bien organisé. Il est idéalement situé entre Bourg Saint Andéol et Vallon Pont d'Arc avec un grand jardin. Mention spéciale aux décorations de Noël.

Damien Bon séjour à St-Remeze
Appartement au calme et très bien équipé, la partie de terrain privative est très appréciable même si en novembre nous n'avons pas trop pu en profiter, à part notre chienne.
Il faut noter que si les chiens sont acceptés dans le logement ils ne doivent pas y être laissés seuls. La propriétaire, qui vient régulièrement s'assurer que le séjour se passe bien, s'est gentiment occupée de Minnie la journée entière où nous avons dû nous absenter sans pouvoir l'emmener. Merci également à elle pour le pot de confiture et à leur ami pour la visite de son réseau de trains de jardin.- Cleanliness

Gîte très propre confortable bien entretenu tout l équipement est présent et le calme est au rendez vous
Super Accueil de Sylvie qui est au petits soins pour les voyageurs nous a donné de nombreuses idées de visite
De plus on bénéficie d un grand terrain et d une charmante terrasse
Le gîte est idéalement situé pour de nombreuses visites de grottes de très jolis villages et a 5 min il y a le musée de la lavande qui nécessite une visite à notre avis
Je recommande ce gîte pour visiter l ardeche- Cleanliness

Thank you Sylvie for a wonderful stay, the accommodation was clean and well equipped with a lovely enclosed garden for our dog! The gite is well situated to access the local village with bar, restaurants, bakery and shop, and also to access the gorge and surrounding countryside for hiking.
