From the Holiday cottage's terrace, you can't help but marvel at the unobstructed view of this unspoilt natural setting. The Holiday cottage is located in a secluded hamlet in the commune of Saint Etienne de Serre, where a second Holiday cottage and the owners' residence are also located. The village of Saint-Sauveur-de-Montagut, with its shops, restaurant and weekly market, is 4 km away. Take advantage of your stay to discover the stunning Eyrieux valley, with its Swimming, Dolce via and historical heritage. A 7kWh recharging point with individual meter is available. From the road, a path leads to the Holiday cottage. In front is a garden area, as well as the pleasant terrace. You'll love relaxing in this picture-postcard setting. The accommodation is on 2 levels. Downstairs there's a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area and sitting area. An attractive wooden staircase leads upstairs to two bedrooms: one with a 180x200 bed, the other with a 180x190 bed (convertible into two 90cm beds). Two shower rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, and a toilet complete the property. On the leisure side, there's a pétanque court with boules, and a private closed garage for storing your bicycles. Below the building, don't forget to say hello to the owners' donkeys grazing in the meadows.
