Nestled in wooded, unfenced grounds, you'll have access to a number of Hiking trails, starting at the foot of the gîte, and to the "voie verte" for mountain bikers. You're also close to the beautiful Cirque de Gens walk, where hikers meet climbers (several climbing points with breathtaking river views). Swimming enthusiasts can go for a refreshing swim in the Ardèche only 800m from the Holiday cottage. Shopping can also be done in a local supermarket 100m away. This fully air-conditioned, single-storey Holiday cottage offers all the comforts you need for an idyllic vacation. It comprises a bright living room with a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer and dishwasher, a lounge with flat-screen TV, Internet access and board games, and a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, built-in closet and electric roller shutter. The small bedroom has a single 90cm bed, a desk and a storage unit. The bathroom has an Italian-style shower, a washbasin, a pedestal unit and a hairdryer. Toilet: separate with hand-washer and washing machine. For outdoor meals, there's a plancha and garden furniture under the covered terrace. Deckchairs will enable you to enjoy sunny days and refresh yourself in the shade of the trees and the garrigue. A petanque court is at your disposal with the loan of boules sets. Vehicles will be parked in the large private courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage. For your comfort, remember to take the cleaning option, the rental of bed linen and towels.
