Discover our charming Holiday cottage "Les Amandiers" located in Pradons, a haven of peace ideal for relaxing and active vacations in the heart of the Ardèche. Nestled in wooded, unfenced grounds, you'll have access to a number of Hiking trails, starting at the foot of the gîte, and to the "voie verte" for mountain bikers. SMS or e-mail for a first contact please (too many calls from canvassers). Thank you Come and take a walk on the hillsides, along the sunny paths that run alongside the vineyards. You're also close to the beautiful Cirque de Gens walk, where hikers meet climbers (several climbing points with breathtaking river views). Swimming enthusiasts can go for a refreshing swim in the Ardèche only 800m from the Holiday cottage. Shopping can also be done in a local supermarket 100m away. This fully air-conditioned, single-storey Holiday cottage offers all the comforts you need for an idyllic vacation. It comprises a bright living room with a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer and dishwasher, a lounge with flat-screen TV, Internet access and board games, and a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, built-in closet and electric roller shutter. The small bedroom has a single 90cm bed, a desk and a storage unit. The bathroom has an Italian-style shower, a washbasin, a pedestal unit and a hairdryer. Toilet: separate with hand-washer and washing machine. For outdoor meals, there's a plancha and garden furniture under the covered terrace. Deckchairs will enable you to enjoy sunny days and refresh yourself in the shade of the trees and the garrigue. A petanque court is at your disposal with the loan of boules sets. Vehicles will be parked in the large private courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage. For your comfort, remember to take the cleaning option, the rental of bed linen and towels.

Ravis que votre séjour vous ait plu. Heureusement, le gîte garde la fraîcheur et vous n'avez pas trop souffert de la canicule. Au plaisir de vous revoir, peut-être au printemps ou à l'automne. Merci encore pour ce retour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , le gite est parfait et très beau , très propre et bien équipé ,avec des appareils électriques haut de gammes ( ce qui est rare) pas un bruit juste les oiseaux, des chemins de randonnées au pied du gite pour faire de belle balade , l'Ardèche pour se rafraichir , la voie verte pour partir en vélo à 10 minutes a pieds ,
un petit magasin alimentaire , avec boulangerie et location de vélo et pompe à essence au cas ou ! des propriétaires très sympathique et très gentil, nous sommes ravis de notre semaine en Ardèche , nous reviendrons avec plaisir encore merci pour cette belle semaine dans votre gite- Cleanliness

Les ch'tits Gite au top
Gite tres spacieux et tres confortable,ou tout est parfait literie tres confortable,cuisine tres bien equipée,tres grande terasse
Danielle et nusret sont des proprietaires tres sympatique ,gentils et tres accueuillant
L,ardeche est tres jolie en cette saison,ni trop chaud ni trop froid
Belle region,il y a plein de choses a visite,le pont d’arc et vallon pont d’arc,ruoms,balazuc...ect
Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir

Marie Très bon séjour en Ardèche!
Nous avons passé une semaine en Ardèche chez Mme et M Baldi. Leur accueil a été chaleureux et agréable. Leur logement est récent, très propre et conforme à l'annonce. Nous l'avons pris parce qu'il est proche de la magnifique voie verte qui nous a permis de partir pour la journée de vélo sans prendre la voiture. Il est aussi possible de partir en randonnée à pied par les différents chemins qui longent la maison. L'environnement est vraiment très calme et l'emplacement de la maison est parfaite. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.

Anita et Michel Le calme dans un écrin de nature
Accueillis par les propriétaires super sympas. Le gîte est propre, confortable, spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé. La terrasse couverte donne sur un immense jardin et la garrigue, de nombreuses balades sont possible au départ du gîte. On peut visiter de superbes villages tous proches. Nous avons passé un formidable séjour. Nous y reviendrons probablement.
