Located between the Rhône valley and the Vernoux region, just 15 km from Saint-Péray, the 7 chênes Holiday cottage is the ideal base for exploring this "Vineyards and Nature" destination!
In this little corner of the Ardèche, there's no shortage of possibilities for getting away from it all: Swimming, Hiking, Bike / Mountain bike tours, visits to villages of character, and discovering famous Vineyards.
Completely renovated, this house is located in the heart of the hamlet of Bourg, just a stone's throw from the village of Alboussière.
Holiday cottage les 7 chênes features a separate entrance opening onto a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with table and two sitting areas with sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV. Separate toilet on first floor. Opposite the entrance to the house, you can share your meals outside on the Holiday cottage's covered terrace.
From this terrace you can access the swimming pool area shared with the owner (size: 6X3m, depth: 1.5m, salt treatment - security: fenced area).
On the second floor you'll find 2 bedrooms with 160cm beds and closets. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and enclosed toilet. On the second floor, you'll find a 30m2 attic bedroom with 2 90cm beds. Possibility of a 3rd 90cm bed. This room also has a private bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet.
For your convenience, bed linen and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning is included. Baby equipment available on request. Close to shops, restaurants and services in the village of Alboussière.
Private parking space.

Hippos Au calme
L'endroit est magnifique et très calme. Nous sommes un peu frustrés de n'avoir pas pu profiter pleinement du gîte et faire plus ample connaissance avec nos hôtes, car nous y étions quasiment que pour dormir. Si nous en avons l'occasion nous reviendrons avec plaisir. En tout cas les nuits étaient reposantes sur de bonnes literies.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, avec deux ados, dans la région et nous avons bien profité du gîte et sa belle piscine !! Le gîte est décoré avec beaucoup de gout et qualité. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Ils nous ont fait déguster les légumes du jardin et nous ont donné des conseils pour les visites tout en restant très discrets. Nous recommandons le gite sans aucune hésitation. Merci beaucoup.
We had a great week in the region with our two teenagers and we made good use of the pool!! The gite is beautifully decorated to a high standard. The owners are lovely. The give good advice about what to visit, shared some home-grown vegetables with us but at the same time remained very discreet. We would highly recommend this gite.

Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment très agréable.
Les propriétaires sont au petits soins sans être trop présent, merci pour les légumes du jardin et les spécialités de la région.
Le gite est grand, très bien conçu et moderne. Literie géniale !!!
La location est au milieu des champs, chemins de randonnée accessibles du gîte. Le village est à 15min de marche, pour le pain s'est parfait.

Séjour agréable, les propriétaires sont charmants et de très bons conseils pour vous guider dans l'organisation de vos sorties.
La piscine est un gros plus en fin de journée.

Les Gigi & co Petit coin ressourçant
Accueil fort sympathique des propriétaires. Un cadre propice à la sérénité. Séjour d'un week-end qui nous a fait ressentir un lâcher prise d'une semaine ! Ballades intéressantes sur place et à proximité vélorail, caves...
