This charming studio is located in Burzet, a village renowned for its exceptional natural landscapes and crystal-clear rivers.
Whether you're a lover of nature, culture or outdoor pursuits, there's plenty to do here!
Explore the many hiking trails that start from the village and cross a variety of landscapes.
Discover the not-to-be-missed hike to the spectacular Ray Pic volcanic waterfall (bike and mountain bike trails).
Take advantage of the rivers and natural waterfalls to cool off in summer.
For exceptional panoramic views, the Mont Gerbier de Jonc, an emblematic mountain and source of the Loire River.
Not forgetting, of course, the impressive Ardèche gorges, around 1 hour's drive away, for spectacular hikes or canoe trips.
Gourmets will love the farmers' markets, where they can sample local specialities such as cheeses, charcuterie, honey and chestnut products.

This studio is attached to the owners' house, but has its own entrance, private outdoor space and parking space.
It's just a stone's throw from the village shops, ideal in the morning for croissants or a drink at the village café!

A well-appointed living space comprising a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a lounge area with corner sofa and TV. On the same level, a shower room with toilet.
The bedroom (160cm bed) is on the mezzanine level (access via a staircase, not suitable for disabled people or young children).
Outside, a large private terrace where you can relax and listen to the birds sing, or enjoy a meal (charcoal barbecue available).
