Situated 3 km from the village of Saint Romain de Lerps, Belvédère du Pic, in the countryside with extensive views over rolling countryside, varied with fields, meadows and woods, we offer you our detached stone house which benefits from a sunny exposure. On the first floor, it comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with a small TV lounge, 2 spacious bedrooms: the first with a 140 cm double bed and the second with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, a shower room (shower with thermostatic control) and a separate toilet. Heating is electric, and a cot and high chair can be provided. Sheets and towels available on request. There's a small terrace, unfenced grounds and a private closed garage. From the gîte, you can go on many walks or mountain bike rides (the Via Rhôna is less than 15 km away), discover the surrounding heritage and taste the local produce of the region: the Rhône Valley with its famous wines and orchards.
