Renovated former silkworm farm combining contemporary and authentic features in southern Ardèche

Located at the entrance to the small hamlet of Comps, in a very quiet, sunny setting, you'll enjoy a pleasant stay with family or friends in this Holiday cottage.

You'll be close to the villages of Ruoms (10kms), Vallon Pont d'Arc, the Grotte Chauvet 2, and the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche (12kms): ideal for discovering the wonders of the southern Ardèche. The owners are friendly and discreet, and can advise you on the many trails and sites to visit close to the gîte.

This former silkworm farm has been tastefully restored to combine contemporary and traditional styles (steel and glass walkway, exposed stonework...).
You'll enjoy a large south-west-facing terrace where you can enjoy meals and barbecues, with a lovely view.

On the ground floor, discover a private 30m2 Wellbeing area combining historic charm and modern comfort, including a 10m2 indoor swimming pool with balneotherapy, waterfall and sauna for unforgettable moments of relaxation on your own, whatever the season or time of day!

Inside, you'll fall under the spell of this living room with exposed stonework, featuring a sitting area with wood-burning stove, perfect for reading by the fire in autumn and winter.
The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. On the same level, you'll also find a shower room with Italian shower and a separate toilet.
The sleeping area is located on the first floor and is secured (additional barriers are available for young Kids). There are 2 bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed and 2 90cm beds.

The house is fully equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Beds made on arrival and towels provided.

You can also recharge your electric vehicle alternately with the owners. (6euros / day recharged)
The Holiday cottage is fully equipped for toddlers.
