Located 10 minutes from Aubenas, on the edge of the quiet hamlet of Auriolles, this single-story detached bungalow—partly built of stone—will charm you with its 2,000 m² fully enclosed, tree-lined lot. You’ll enjoy two large furnished terraces (east and west) and a shaded lawn. Inside, the house features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV. A separate kitchen that opens onto the living area allows you to prepare your meals.
For sleeping arrangements, two bedrooms are furnished with 140 cm beds, and the third with two 90 cm beds; each room has mosquito nets on the windows. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine; the toilet is separate.
Your kids will have access to board games, books, and outdoor games. A baby bed and high chair are available upon request.
A private pétanque court is available at the owner’s property, near the holiday cottage. The location of the holiday cottage is ideal for exploring the entire Ardèche region (the Gorges, the various rivers, the Ardèche Plateau, Mont Gerbier des Joncs, the various lakes, etc.). On foot or by bike, you can set out on the many trails, following the hiking and mountain biking guidebooks provided for your use. For local shops, you’re 5 minutes from the community inn L’Arbre à Pain (“country bistro”), 8 minutes from small shops (bakeries, butcher shops), and 15 minutes from the supermarkets in Aubenas. Just a 5-minute drive away, you can enjoy the restaurant and pizzeria “Chez Gabriel.”
For electric vehicles, there’s a charging station in Vesseaux (3 km from the holiday cottage).
