L'Eglantine

In the heart of a small Ardèche village perched high up in the hills, this detached house invites you to enjoy the calm and simple pleasures of a stay with family or friends, in a natural and generous setting.

Set in 2000 square meters of enclosed grounds, this renovated 80s house offers the ideal setting for a relaxing break. Kids and adults alike will be delighted by the many leisure facilities on offer, including a lovely play area for Kids, table soccer, racket games and darts. The large, partially-covered terrace features comfortable furniture and a barbecue for al fresco dining. All in a safe, leafy setting.

Inside, you'll be welcomed into a cosy living room with fireplace, sitting area with TV and fully-equipped open kitchen. A pantry completes the space with washing machine, fridge-freezer and household equipment. The house has three bedrooms, two with 140cm beds and one with two 90cm beds. The bathroom is modern, with a walk-in shower and double washbasin, and the toilet is separate. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay: Bed linen provided, bathroom linen and housekeeping included. An enclosed room at the rear of the house provides secure storage for your bicycles.

At the gateway to the Monts d'Ardèche regional nature park, Saint-Gineys-en-Coiron is an ideal base for exploring the south of the department. Nearby, the characterful villages of Saint-Laurent-sous-Coiron and Alba-la-Romaine invite you to take a stroll. The surrounding area offers a multitude of Hiking itineraries between ridges, forests and open panoramas. You can also discover the terroir through farmers' markets and small local events. An authentic region, rich in nature and heritage, to enjoy to the full.
