Located just a few minutes from the charming village of Saint-Montan, the Holiday cottage L'Echappée Belle is ideal for a vacation exploring the treasures of the southern Ardèche.

Situated on the owners' property, the Holiday cottage features a private above-ground swimming pool with terrace, ideal for soaking up the Ardèche sunshine. It is also possible to use the owners' swimming pool, which is shared at certain times of the week. There's also a separate covered terrace and a large shared garden.

Inside, you'll find an air-conditioned living room with dining table for 5, sofa and flat-screen TV. The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen offers all the comforts of home.
At night, the Holiday cottage has two bedrooms, each with a 140x200 cm bed and a built-in closet, plus a sleeping area with a 90 cm bed and a chest of drawers (6 m² room, not counted as a bedroom).
The bathroom has a shower and vanity unit, and separate WC.
