Welcome to "Le Villa-Joie" Holiday cottage!
In the heart of the village of Saint Alban Auriolles, you'll find all the local shops you need (mini-market, bakery) and local produce (country store, fruit and vegetables from the owners' farm).

All the major tourist sites are nearby, as are a number of listed villages with character: Labeaume, Balazuc.
Fancy a swim? Ideally located at the confluence of two rivers: the Chassezac and the Ardèche, about 10 minutes away.
You'll be amazed by the Ardèche gorges, the Grotte Chauvet 2 and the many caves...
Less than 10 minutes away, if you're a keen hiker, you'll enjoy exploring the many hiking trails to discover the many dolmens of Bourbouillet, as well as the hanging gardens of the listed village of Labeaume.

This Semi-detached house has an enclosed, private courtyard with garden, as well as a terrace with pergola (awning). Shelter for 2 cars.

The Holiday cottage comprises, on the 1st floor, an air-conditioned living room/kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
An air-conditioned second floor with sloping ceilings is accessed via a spiral staircase. Here you'll find a large gaming room with a ping-pong table that converts to a pool table. There's also a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with two 90cm beds, a bathroom with whirlpool bath, sauna and hammam, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Electric heating. Baby bed and high chair available on request.
Bed linen provided and Housekeeping included.
From June to mid-September, you have access to the 6m x 12 m indoor swimming pool 150 m across the road, which is shared with other Holiday cottages, Bed and breakfasts and a small farm campsite.
