Opening in spring 2023, Le Vignalet is a brand-new construction, set in 8,000m2 of natural surroundings.
Marie-José, the owner, lives just 50 meters from the Holiday cottage (no neighbours). She'll be delighted to share her Piscine with you.

The single-storey accommodation features a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area opening onto a lovely covered terrace.
2 bedrooms (one with 1 x 160cm bed, the other with 2 x 90cm beds and 1 sofa-bed for a 5th bed). Shower room, separate toilet, laundry room.
Air-conditioning in living room, wifi connection.
Beds made on arrival and towels provided.

Outside, you'll find a lovely terrace with an unobstructed view of the Ardèche countryside, perfect for relaxing, resting or enjoying a barbecue!
Pétanque court in front of the Holiday cottage for sharing good times with family and friends.
Table tennis.
Private parking, bike shelter available at the owner's house.

The area is ideal for hiking, with many trails to explore, biking to discover the small villages of the Ardèche, and swimming in the river.
Les Vans has everything you need in the way of shops, restaurants, markets and entertainment.....
Don't forget to visit the typical villages of the Ardèche: Naves, Banne, Thines, the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche, the emblematic Pont d'Arc, the Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche.

Swimming pool info: size 9x4 depth 1.30 to 1.60 - salt water - roller shutter - accessible from May to September depending on weather - not heated - to be shared with the owner.
