This typical Ardèche stone house is ideally located in a small hamlet, right next to the Chassezac river and close to numerous tourist attractions such as the Païolive woods, the Ardèche Gorges and the Chauvet2-Ardèche cave.

The Holiday cottage is on two levels, with a garden shaded by a beautiful mulberry tree, and a refreshing archway under which you can put your bikes.
An outside staircase leads to a pretty terrace shaded by canisses.
Inside the Holiday cottage, you'll find a comfortable, air-conditioned living room with built-in kitchenette, sitting area with sofa and flat-screen TV. On the night side, there's a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bedroom with 2 80cm beds (which can be converted into a 160cm bed). Bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate WC.
On the ground floor (access from outside), you'll be delighted by a 3rd bedroom with reversible air-conditioning, set under a beautiful stone vault with a 160cm bed and private bathroom (shower and WC).
