In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Monts d'Ardèche, at the foot of the Suc de Bauzon, at 1230 meters, this Holiday cottage will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy a natural and calm environment. The Ardèche Mountains will hold no secrets for you. You'll discover all its treasures, including the mythical Mont Gerbier de Jonc and the Cascade du Ray Pic, and can go for walks or hikes from the gîte through forests and small streams. If you fancy a spot of swimming, you'll love the nearby rivers and especially the Lake d'Issarlès or the Lake de St Martial, ideal for kids. Every year, on the second weekend in October, the village hosts the famous mushroom fair. Ideal for all seasons, this Holiday cottage will meet your expectations in spring with its flower-filled landscapes, in summer with the coolness of the mountains, and in autumn with the mushroom harvest.
The fully-renovated Holiday cottage "Le Turquoise" is located in the owner's Semi-detached house. It features a living room with open-plan kitchen. A wood-burning stove provides warmth (wood available outside summer). There are 2 bedrooms (1 with a 160cm bed, 1 with 2 80cm beds that can be converted to 160cm). The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a view of the outdoor fountain, and there's also a separate toilet. Free EDF 8wh/dr, excess to be paid to the owner on departure. You'll have access to a large garden, opposite the Holiday cottage, where you can enjoy your meals on the outside table with a barbecue (charcoal), relax on the deckchairs and garden furniture or on the bench facing the fountain. Internet access is available in the Holiday cottage. Beds made on arrival.
All cleaning and household linen is provided. Towels are available for hire (6€). Baby equipment is available on request. Bikers welcome, electric bikes in garage.
