The "Le Tilleul" Eco-Gîte is located in a perched hamlet in the commune of St Etienne de Serre, with splendid views over the Ardèche Forest. A second Holiday cottage and the owners' home complete this haven of peace, where everyone has their own private space. Access is independent via a small grassy path, and a 7kWh recharging point with individual meter is available. You're close to the Eyrieux valley, where numerous activities await you: Swimming in the river, cycling along the Dolce Via, adventure at the Aquarock park, discovering ancestral know-how (Ardelaine, Maison du bijou, Arche des métiers) or ice cream tasting at Terre Adélice.

Back at the Holiday cottage, settle down on one of the two terraces (one covered and one uncovered) to enjoy a moment out of time, well away from the hustle and bustle. A garden table, a lounge and a barbecue are at your disposal. Inside, the home offers an ideal cocoon for relaxing with family or friends. On the ground floor, you'll find a pleasant living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a large dining table and a sitting area with a sofa and TV. Not sure you'll want to leave the small balcony, where you can easily imagine yourself sipping coffee while admiring the scenery. A corridor leads to the first bedroom, equipped with a 180x200 bed (convertible into 2 90cm beds), a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. In the living room, at the top of the stairs, you can alternate between reading, playing chess or listening to guitar melodies. On this floor, you'll find two further bedrooms: both with 180x190 beds (convertible into 2 90cm beds), plus a shower room and separate WC. Below the building, don't forget to say hello to the owners' donkeys grazing in this verdant setting.
You can rent the 2 Holiday cottages together, with individual entrances and connecting access between the 2 upstairs cottages.
