Located just 10 minutes from the village of Les Vans, this typical Cévennes stone Holiday cottage welcomes you to an exceptional natural setting, in the heart of a quiet hamlet surrounded by fields and pleasure gardens.
It overlooks the Chassezac valley and offers breathtaking panoramic views over the Ardèche hills, and on clear days, as far as the Alps.

It's an ideal spot for lovers of peace, nature and authenticity.
It's also a perfect starting point for Hiking, mountain biking, swimming in the river, or simply relaxing.

The Holiday cottage (approx. 50 m²) is on two levels. On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a cosy living room with a sofa bed (accessible via a few stairs). Bathroom with shower and separate WC.
Upstairs, the bedroom has a 140cm bed and a corner with washbasin and WC. It opens onto a small, intimate terrace with an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside.

Outside, a large terrace shaded by a magnificent hundred-year-old lime tree welcomes you for meals in a peaceful setting.
Reversible air conditioning with heat pump, for optimum comfort in all seasons. Open fireplace with wood supplied. You'll also benefit from natural grounds all around the house, with parking nearby and a shelter.

The village of Les Vans, just 7kms away, offers all the shops and services you need: local market, supermarket, restaurants... In the surrounding area, you can discover the Chassezac gorges, the famous Païolive forest, the trails of the Cévennes National Park, and many characterful villages such as Naves and Banne. There's no shortage of activities: Swimming, canoeing, rock-climbing, craft markets and tastings of local produce (honey, goat's cheese, wine, chestnuts, etc.).

A 10% discount is granted on the second consecutive week's rental.
