In the heart of an unspoilt natural environment, in a small hamlet typical of the Southern Ardèche, this lovingly furnished Holiday cottage welcomes you for a calm and relaxing stay. The small bucolic road will already put you in the mood, disconnection assured. You'll appreciate its comfort and functional agency designed for 2 to 4 people. The living area includes a comfortable sitting area with sofa bed (offering 1 to 2 extra beds), a fully-equipped kitchen-living room. The bedroom has a 160cm bed. A modern bathroom completes the ensemble. A mezzanine (with little height) for a relaxation area. For your comfort, reversible air-conditioning in the living room-kitchen, lounge and bedroom. Outside, you'll enjoy a lovely terrace offering an exceptional panoramic view of the Ardèche countryside. Breakfast in the rising sun, dinner overlooking the hills, a quiet moment of reading... In fine weather, the terrace is covered by canisses. Access to the Holiday cottage is on foot, a few meters from the small road, where you can park your car (no private parking). The owners live close to the Holiday cottage, but not opposite. The Holiday cottage is an ideal starting point for Hiking and cycling tours. The paths offer breathtaking views. Swimming in the rivers in summer. The Ardèche gorges and the Pont d'Arc are about an hour's drive away, with canoeing and a visit to the Chauvet cave. Don't miss the markets for local flavors (cheeses, charcuterie, honey, wines...) Here, nature is omnipresent and a change of scenery is guaranteed!
