Our Holiday cottage, with its private Piscine*, is the perfect retreat to recharge your batteries under the blue skies of the Ardèche. It is located 50m from the river. It offers plenty of opportunities for Swimming (4 m depth), Fishing, water sports (canoeing/Kayac, rafting, canyoning). It's close to the "voie verte" (greenway), which offers many opportunities for walks and visits to picturesque villages or remarkable geological sites (8km from the Chauvet2 cave, Aven d'Orgnac, Cirque de Gens). A visit to the picturesque 12th-century village of Ruoms, its renowned wine cellar, market stalls and local produce is well worth the detour.

Access to the fully air-conditioned Holiday cottage is via a secure staircase leading to the 1st floor with a bright living room with TV and DVD lounge, dining table and kitchen equipped with stove, dishwasher and large fridge. A large bedroom with a 140cm bed and a sitting area with sofa. Bathroom (bath with shower, bidet and washing machine). Separate toilet with washbasin.
On the 2nd level is a lovely bedroom with a baby bed and a double bed (140cm), and a landing with three single beds (2 of which can be twinned).
