Let yourself be surprised by the setting of Le Simonet gîte! Overlooking the village of Ailhon (3km), classified as a Village de Caractère and 8km from Aubenas, this house is located on a former farm. The stone cottage is housed in an old silkworm nursery, on 2 levels with independent access and terrace. You'll appreciate the calm and authenticity of this accommodation. Living room/kitchenette and sitting area (3-seater sofa), 3 bedrooms with 2-person beds (140 cm x 190 cm), landing with 1 single bed (90 cm), shower room, separate WC. Garden with children's swing and garden furniture. The gîte is about 1 hour from the famous Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche and halfway between the Ardèche mountains and the southern Ardèche region, where many activities are possible.

Seb Gite agréable
Gîte très calme agréable pour les vacances en famille. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Ils nous on même payer l apéritif un soir de la semaine.

Retraités Les Charentais et les Deux Sèvriens
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette ancienne magnanerie, très bien située pour découvrir cette très belle région qu'est l'Ardèche. L'accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires est en harmonie avec ce beau département.
