In the heart of a vast 4000 m ² property, this detached house is ideally located for discovering the wonders of the Southern Ardèche!
You'll be seduced by the calm and natural surroundings. It's a real little cocoon just 3kms from Ruoms, where you'll find all the shops, sports and cultural activities you need.

The Sud Ardèche is also home to emblematic villages of character.
And how could you fail to be charmed by Labeaume? It's an 800 m walk to the heart of this magnificent village of character, nestled in the cliffs, with its river and the Gorges de Labeaume. An absolute favorite!
Relax by the river, take a dip and enjoy an ice cream in the village square.
For other outings, you won't be bored either: there are plenty of caves to visit nearby, including the famous Grotte Chauvet reconstruction and the Aven d'Orgnac...
And of course, just 13 km away, you'll find the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the mythical Pont d'Arc. Whether by car, on foot or by canoe, they're a must-do on any program.

Le Serre de Logère is equipped with reversible air-conditioning (in the living room and upstairs hallway), for your comfort in all seasons, especially in hot weather.
The house is laid out on 2 levels.
Comfortable and well-equipped, the ground floor comprises a living room with integrated kitchenette and sitting area with corner sofa opening onto the shaded terrace, a large 21 m² bedroom with 140 cm-wide bed and private bathroom (shower and toilet), accessible to a person with reduced mobility.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140 cm-wide bed, a bedroom with 2 90 cm-wide beds, a shower room with Italian-style shower, and a separate wall-mounted toilet.

Outside, enjoy a large terrace shaded by an arbour. Car or two-wheeler shelter.
