Le Séjour Ardéchois

Le Séjour Ardéchois is an enclosed, secure estate in southern Ardèche, ideal for getting together with family, friends or colleagues in a peaceful, green setting.

It comprises three independent Holiday cottages with a total capacity of 29 people in 12 rooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Each accommodation features comfortable living spaces, fully-equipped kitchens and private terraces.
On-site, you'll enjoy a superb private swimming pool measuring 10 m by 5 m, with a depth of 1.40 m, treated with chlorine and UV, fully covered and heated all year round.
Its high, lockable enclosure with sliding glass windows means you can enjoy swimming all year round.
The pool house, solarium terrace, table soccer, table tennis and petanque area complete the relaxation facilities.

The large holiday cottage has a large, bright dining room with built-in kitchen and professional dishwasher, perfect for group meals, as well as a comfortable lounge for relaxing.
In addition, and exclusively reserved for tenants, a large modular room of around 120 m² can be made available for family reunions, seminars, training courses or retreats (rental cost: 350€). It is equipped with a catering area, overhead projector and adaptable furniture.

Private, secure parking, end-of-stay cleaning, electric heating, wifi and modern comforts ensure a pleasant, convivial stay.
