Surrounded by rolling hills, you're immediately dazzled by the panorama. The Holiday cottage is located in Vernoux en Vivarais, a charming and lively Ardéchoise village. Shops are just 5 km from the Holiday cottage. The surrounding area offers a host of activities: Hiking, cycling (bike storage at the gîte), swimming, discovering the Ardéchois heritage (Ardèche Train) or tasting local produce at the local markets. The owners will be delighted to give you their best addresses.
The property comprises two semi-detached houses: Le Roucher gîte and the owners' home, a covered swimming pool (from June 1 to end of September, weather permitting), and a large outdoor area with terrace, garden, ping pong table and swing. All in a green, well-kept setting with splendid views.
Access to the Holiday cottage is by a few steps, and leads to a charming enclosed private courtyard, complete with barbecue and garden furniture. An ideal place to make long summer evenings last. Inside, a warm and cosy atmosphere awaits you. The living area features sofas, a fireplace with insert (first flambé offered) and TV. The dining table is a great place to enjoy a good meal, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms on this level (160cm beds), a shower room with walk-in shower and 2 basins, and a WC. The spirit of the family home is underlined by the presence on the ground floor of a small gaming room, ideal for Kids, with sofa, library and board games. At the top of the wooden staircase is a large room with 2 90cm beds and a small TV. From here, access to an attic bedroom with 2 90cm beds, and a bathroom with WC and small bathtub. A home with space where you'll feel right at home.
Everything is included: bed linen, towels, heating and wifi.
