Set on a vast plot of land bordering the garrigue, it offers the ideal setting to recharge your batteries, bathed in the light of the South. As soon as you open the doors, you'll be seduced by the soothing view over the lavender fields. The enclosed, shaded garden becomes a veritable haven of coolness, perfect for relaxing after your days of exploration.
The house, which comprises two Holiday cottages with private access and grounds, guarantees peace and privacy, while allowing you to enjoy the owner's Piscine, just a few steps away, in a convivial atmosphere. Inside, the Holiday cottage combines comfort and simplicity, with a warm living room and renovated fitted kitchen. The lounge area, with its sofa bed, is ideal for cosy evenings around the fireplace, with wood available, and cool evenings in summer thanks to the air conditioning. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (140cm) in the first and 2 single beds (90cm) in the second. The Holiday cottage is the ideal base from which to discover the region's natural and cultural wonders. The Ardèche gorges offer spectacular scenery for walking or canoeing, passing under the iconic Pont d'Arc arch. Visit the magnificent reconstruction of the famous Chauvet cave, a UNESCO-listed heritage treasure. Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted by the many hiking trails in the area, including the Dent de Rez, which offers an exceptional panorama of the Ardèche landscape.
