Nestled in unspoilt natural surroundings, this Detached house offers the ideal setting for a get-together with family or friends. With a capacity of 6 people, the Holiday cottage has been carefully designed to combine comfort and conviviality. You'll find a pleasant, bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen for home-style meal preparation, a sitting area, 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 with 1 140cm bed, 1 with 1 120cm bed and 1 140cm bed), a shower room with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. A wood-burning stove (free wood) will enhance your autumn evenings. Outside, you'll enjoy a fully enclosed garden, perfect for letting the Kids play in complete safety or welcoming your pet. A semi-covered terrace will enable you to share outdoor meals and enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings.
Private parking on the property, carport, closed bicycle and motorcycle storage area, pétanque court. The Holiday cottage enjoys a privileged location right next to the river, perfect for swimming, fishing or simply relaxing by the water. The gîte is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (2 steps lead up to the terrace), but nature lovers will be enchanted by the many hiking trails, typical volcanic landscapes and the riches of the Ardèche region.
In the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Park, between the Ardèche Mountains (Mont Gerbier de Jonc, Coucouron, Cascade du Ray Pic, Antraigues...) and the tourist sites of the Ardèche Gorges (Grotte Chauvet, Vallon Pont d'Arc...), you'll never be bored. For spa-goers, there's the Neyrac les Bains (10 mins) and Vals les Bains (17 mins) spas. Shops 1.6 km away.
